I am having trouble with registration?
Please send us an email using the contact us form and we will be happy to help you set up your new account.
What time do I need to order by for same day dispatch?
10:00 am (GMT) Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. UK orders dispatched on the same day (Monday to Thursday) and will arrive next working day. For all other countries send us an enquiry.
What is the minimum order?
We do not have a minimum spend and the minimum order is one pack/bundle.
Do you only sell in packs?
Yes. you can make your own pack with whatever sizes ratio you in need.
What size is a SM & ML?
SM is UK size 8/10 & ML 12/14.
What happens if the items I want are not in stock?
If the items, you would like to purchase are not in stock you can send us the product number and details for further information on re-stock
Do you send out samples?
No. We do not send out samples, but you can visit our Manchester Wholesale showroom to see our products. Our showroom information can be found at the bottom of the page.
Can I use your images on my website?
Yes. Only if you have purchased the stock from us.
Do you drop ship?
Yes. We offer a drop shipping service.
How does dropshipping work?
Our inventory becomes your inventory. You do not have to buy and stock any inventory until you make a sale. You sell first, order from our website you2sell.com and we ship to your customer.
How do we place orders to be shipped to our customer?
You will place your orders on our website you2sell.com, you simply checkout with your info as billing info and your customer info as a shipping address. We will than blind step your order to your customer.
Do you sell to the public?
No we do not sell to the public, our website is targeted to wholesale customers and dropshippers only.
Is any of your info on the merchandise?
No our company information is not on the merchandise we sell.
Where's my tracking number?
We directly email all customers with a tracking number once the item is dispatched.
What happens if an item I receive is faulty?
If you find any faults with your order you MUST notify us within 5 days of receiving it. Please contact email@example.com.
If you have applied your VAT number and it is still display the incorrect information at the checkout. Please email us directly and the team will be happy to help.
